DPS countertops are backed by a 1 year limited warranty. Details of the warranty are below, but the guiding principle of the warranty is as follows: “If there is something we didn’t do correctly when we manufactured your countertop and that manufacturing deficiency causes you a problem with your countertop, we will correct the problem and stand behind our product.”
DPS countertops warrants to the owner of the stone countertop, that we will repair or replace, without charge, the countertop piece if it fails due to any manufacturing defect during the first year after initial installation, except for damage caused by chemical or physical use or abuse. This warranty does not cover countertops that have been moved from their original installed location, and it does not cover the natural characteristics of stone, which includes, but are not limited to, color variations, water lines, surface marks or staining. This warranty also does not cover damage to your countertop caused by items out of our control, such as house settlement, normal wear and tear, fires, tornados, or other acts of nature. Sink and faucet connections must be performed by a licensed plumber. If an undermounted sink is to come loose or undone from the stone within one year of installation DPS Countertops at no charge will rectify the problem. Proof of a licensed plumber performing the installation is required.
DPS countertops’ obligation is limited solely to the repair including required labour charges of the DPS countertops’ countertop piece in question.
QUARTZ SLAB MANUFACTURES PROVIDE THEIR OWN WARRANTIES WHICH DPS COUNTERTOPS PASSES DIRECT TO OUR CLIENTS ALONG WITH ALL THE ABOVE. IT IS THE HOMEOWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM WARRANTY INFORMATION OF INDIVIDUAL SLAB MANUFACTURES
